We ship orders from Thailand within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

We use reliable international shipping carriers, including:

• and many others, regardless of the recipient's country.

The available shipping method may vary depending on the destination, order size, and service availability.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

For valuable shipments, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Return & Refund Policy

At AkntalGems, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first at office@akntalgems.com before sending any item back.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be purchased within the last 14 days.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during return delivery. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products and items that are not suitable for return due to their nature cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
